Hi lovelies! How are you? It’s our first official week of summer and I’m thanking my first-quarter self for having the foresight to book camp for everyone this week. Next week it’s a free for all, pls pray for us.

Nate and I are running the Angels Stadium Fun Run 5K this weekend (I am woefully out of shape) so I ran at the beach yesterday and gratefully was not arrested for wearing these in public. There were big batches of kids all along the sand, older ones in Junior Lifeguards swimming out to a buoy beyond the surf, little ones in neon shirts building sandcastles, and volleyballers and surfers everywhere. It warmed my heart and made the side aches worth it!

• My friend Kat served these curiously delicious chips at her daughter’s birthday party. They were crispy, salty, slightly dilly, yet barbequey? We promptly bought two bags.

• We didn’t attend the protests in person this weekend, but we did make these.

• I asked Charlie to choose a nail polish for me :) he went with Essie’s “set in stones” shade, which is literally everyone’s favorite.
