I promise it's not all Chiefs links
But maybe it should be! Also in here: my sister's 3-word parenting tip + a Valentine hack
Hi! All we can talk about around here is the Super Bowl; Nate is already there for work and I finally found something to wear to the game. It’s been so fun reminiscing with the kids about our Kansas City days. Look at this photo I found from the week before we moved in Fall 2019:
Also, welcome to our new readers! Thank you so much to the

My sister Emily taught me this trick years ago, it’s like waving a magic “good mood” wand over your household. Thanks, Em!

For the one-year-olds: this push-button toy belongs to Mick, but every person in our family wants to play with it. Fyi it’s about the size of a paperback.
Best thing I read this week: I’ll share a life but not a bed.

One of the best kid shows I’ve seen: Stillwater on Apple. It’s gentle, sweet, and borderline boring (read: very soothing on long afternoons). Zero annoying songs, violence, or snark.
Oh my gosh, I can’t stop laughing at this Meryl Streep reel (someone sent it to me but I can’t remember who it was — lmk if it was you!)
Next week will be a Deep Dive on my favorite pages from kids’ picture books.
