The painting! So cool. So much patience! Reminds me of that app that was popular like a decade ago that turned photos into watercolors, but obviously way better. Interested to hear your take on that show—I haven’t watched it but I don’t really care for reality TV.
Tooootally that watercolor app!! My take on the show, in a nutshell is, I think the women’s behavior is the polar opposite of my own values, so I can’t watch the show bc I would judge them and hate them and I don’t want to be like that but I’m petty so I just don’t watch. Hopefully the piece tomorrow makes sense… I’ll share it in a couple places so it’s visible for those who want to see.

I read your interview with platonic love and LOVED and agree with all your thoughts. I didn't love that the author made it about her in the end...but this was the first time I've read her newsletter, so maybe that's how they all are. She is conflicted how anyone can stay in a religion that has a legacy that she, and you, and I disagree with?!!? HOW?! I think what nobody puts in the equation is spirituality. The only thing keeping us is our spiritual experiences with people's testimonies, with the scriptures, and with showing up. If no one has had a spiritual experience with God how can we hope for any understanding.
Totally agree that if you want to get high you should just ask yourself if you want an edible. And, I have never heard of getting laughing gas while one gets botox! (I also haven't watched the show...l'm just not....interested??)
